DREW CHANCE
Drew is a Coronado native and kick-started his real estate career in 2010 flipping houses. After realizing his landscaping job was not as fulfilling as he hoped, he began working as an intern for a successful re-modeler in the San Diego area.
He later started his own business with his partner Chris and together they have now renovated over 300 different homes. He and Chris, have built many strong connections with homeowners, realtors, investors, and contractors throughout San Diego. If Drew is not busy working you can find him on the golf course, cheering on his favorite NFL team - Go Chargers - or spending time with his wife and French bulldogs, Chloe & Wrigley.
CHRIS
McKANRY
Chris, a second generation renovation investor, completed a BSBA with an emphasis in Finance from University of Missouri- St. Louis. He started as a loan officer for a local bank and after three successful years, he was one of Chase Bank's top wholesale regional managers. He continued his career by starting his own mortgage company with his childhood best friend.
Chris then sold the business in 2000 to follow his passion for fixing and flipping properties on a full time basis. 400 renovations later, Chris is working with Drew to grow their company. If Chris is not on the phone making deals you can find him cheering on the sidelines of his son's football game or spending time with his family.
SAVANNAH GRANGER
Savannah Granger is a Team Manager and Realtor® for Islander Properties.
Savannah grew up in the South before moving to Coronado in 2010 and later graduating from Coronado High School. She then attended Cal Poly: San Luis Obispo where she graduated in 2017 with a B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing Concentration. She started her career in the Silicon Valley recruiting for the tech industry and later moved back to Coronado working her way up in the legal tech recruiting industry, before finally pursuing her ultimate interest of Real Estate and receiving her CA DRE license in 2023.

Islander Properties mission is to find the best real estate investments for our clients while increasing value at the micro level in the San Diego real estate market. Overall, the company is dedicated to adding value to local communities as well as helping investors exceed financial goals.
WHERE WE ARE GOING
Islander Properties has the potential to do more annual transactions and plans to increase its wholesale real estate investing business. Deals may not always work for them, but they may work for other investors in their network. Islander Properties plans to double its inventory by building a strong online presence. The company will continue to build mutually beneficial relationships by networking with community members, home owners, real estate agents and investors.
