Roberta Long has been a Coronado resident since April 2016 and recently decided to renovate her home on First Avenue. With hopes of a total remodel, she was trying to end the search for someone that would listen to her requests. Jeremy Avriette is a Palm Springs native
and began working with Islander Properties on a renovation project in the area. Avriette was excited to work on the project because from the beginning Drew was able to purchase the property at a significantly cheaper rate than the list price. The home underwent a very cosmetic remodel and was completely turn key ready. The home is now being used as a vacation rental in the desert.

Larry Delrose is a successful commercial real estate investor with properties throughout the nation. His primary residence is in Palm Springs, California; he spends his other half of the year at his beach condo in Coronado.
Delrose has been in business for 45 years and served as a mentor to Drew throughout his real estate career. He first met Drew when he was 12 years old, running around Coronado Island, and even at an early age noticed his potential.
